Executive Assistant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or related role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and manage his schedule and appointments

  • Respond to and manage incoming communications for the CEO, including email, phone calls, and mail

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and conferences

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for the CEO

  • Assist with the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings

  • Provide administrative support to key departments and senior management as needed

  • Manage and maintain confidential information and files

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
