Executive Assistant
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you will do
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and manage his schedule and appointments
Respond to and manage incoming communications for the CEO, including email, phone calls, and mail
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and conferences
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for the CEO
Assist with the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings
Provide administrative support to key departments and senior management as needed
Manage and maintain confidential information and files
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
